EXHIBITIONS
In 2022 we held exhibitions at Consett Methodist Church Hall in May and October. There were no exhibitions in 2023.
An exhibition of “Old Photographs of Local Buildings” was held on Wednesday 18 September 2024 at The Lodge, Blackhill and Consett Park. Thank you for visiting and for your donations.
Our last Open Day and exhibition of old photos was held on 26/27 November 2024 at The Lodge, Blackhill and Consett Park. The theme was “Winter in Consett”.
Our next exhibition and open day at The Lodge will be on Wednesday 16th April. There will be Local Myths, Legends and Characters on display, as well as old photos of the locality.
Meanwhile, please visit the permanent exhibition in the foyer of The Lodge, which is currently only open on Tuesday mornings and Wednesdays.
